
BU Students Showcase, Win Short Film Awards at Thailand Rule of Law Fair

Thailand Institute of Justice (Public Organization) organizes the Thailand Rule of Law Fair, a fair for fairness. The event features a short film competition project titled “Investing in the Rule of Law for a Sustainable Future”

The event included the announcement and screening of the award-winning short film “In Broad Daylight,” with Prof. Dr. Kittipong Kittayarak, Executive Director, Thailand Institute of Justice (Public Organization), giving a welcome speech and congratulating the winning teams.

Mr.Purat Osathanugrah, President, congratulated the award-winning students, along with faculty members who joined in expressing their congratulations.

Along with this, there was a behind-the-scenes look at the award-winning short films on the theme of “Second Chances” by Bangkok University, featuring:Look at me, Chance Hero, My Husband (Was) a Murderer.

And a panel discussion on the topic “Small Theaters: Spaces for Freedom of Thought and Participation in Thai Media Voices” with speakers Thida Plitpholkarnpim, founder of Doc Club & Pub; Kamonthorn Ekwattanakij, film producer and follower; and Rachaporn Choochuai, lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University. The session was moderated Asst. Prof.Dr.Rittirong Chutapruttikorn, lecturer at Bangkok University.
