General Education Management Center organized the “CO-CREATE THE FUTURE: Uniting the Power of Change to Drive the Future” project, aimed at encouraging students to integrate knowledge across multiple disciplines while learning about the concepts of the Circular Economy, Green Business, and ESG — to apply these ideas in creatively and sustainably addressing social and environmental challenges.

The project featured Ms. Woramat Amatayakul, Department Manager of Corporate Communication and CSR at HMC Polymers Co., Ltd., a company under the PTT Global Chemical Group, as the guest speaker. She shared her experience and perspective on plastic management based on circular economy principles, creating added value from waste, as well as concepts for developing businesses that take social and environmental responsibility into account.

The activity was held for 300 students enrolled in general education courses, including GE106: Financial Literacy and Sustainable Development, GE107: Entrepreneurial Spirit and Leadership Skills, and GE015: Entrepreneurial Spirit and Financial Literacy, aiming to develop analytical thinking skills, systematic problem-solving approaches, and the ability to translate knowledge into real-world practice

The “CO-CREATE THE FUTURE” project is part of building an ecosystem between the university and the private sector, giving students the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop perspectives on sustainable business practices, and prepare to become entrepreneurs capable of creating value for society and the environment in the future.
