The company provided real case studies for students in the THI102 Service Quality Management course, promoting opportunities for students to learn standards and management of tourist attractions, enjoy famous tourist destinations, practice analytical thinking processes, and integrate theories learned in the classroom to solve problems in the tourism and service industry.

This outdoor learning activity was honored by K. Arnarach Atichatnan, Sales Manager, who provided the case study and provide guidance to students, along with Asst. Prof.Dr.Walaiporn Rewtrakunphaiboon, who presented awards to the winning team. The challenge given was to use creativity and learned theories to design new tourism experiences for two famous Bangkok attractions: Madame Tussauds Bangkok and SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World.

This experiential learning activity not only helped students experience international standards of tourist attraction management but also provided training in analytical thinking processes and integration of theoretical knowledge for practical application in solving real problems in the tourism and service industry.
