A Synergy of AI, Creativity, Innovation, and Sustainability
Bangkok University demonstrated its academic strength by hosting the 11th Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Seminar 2026 (SoTL11) under the theme “Designing the Future of Learning: A Synergy of AI, Creativity, Innovation, and Sustainability.” The event aimed to foster academic networking and collaboration among faculty and educational institutions, featuring keynote addresses, academic panels, and special lectures.
At the event, Asst. Prof.Sansern Milindasuta, Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, Bangkok University, delivered a welcome address. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Baworn Papatsaratorn, Director of the National Brain Bank Institute, was honored as co-presiding officer and delivered a special keynote address on the topic of “The New Breed of Faculty: Universities as Beacons of Wisdom and Voice of Societal Warning.”
Bangkok University faculty also played a significant role as speakers across a wide range of topics, including AI integration in teaching and learning, creative learning design, educational innovation, and sustainability-oriented pedagogy — reflecting the institution’s expertise and readiness to advance Thai education.

Over two days, participants engaged in a full programme including workshops, a learning innovation competition, and an educational technology exhibition — giving academics, lecturers, and educators from various institutions the opportunity to exchange knowledge and advance national academic collaboration.
