BU International Partners with Chinese Enterprises Association in Thailand to Open the World of Chinese Business, Preparing Students for Their Career Paths
The event aimed to connect the education sector with the Chinese business sector, while giving students the opportunity to learn and prepare for their future career paths.
Bangkok University, through BU International, in collaboration with the Chinese Enterprises Association in Thailand, held the event “CHINA X: China–Thailand Industry Connect, Youth Career Forum and MoU Signing Ceremony and Career Fair.” The event aimed to connect the education sector with the Chinese business sector, while giving students the opportunity to learn and prepare for their future career paths.
The event was honored by the presence of Dr. Xu Lan, Counselor: Cultural Section, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Kingdom of Thailand; and Dr. Liu Quanlei, Chairman of the Chinese Enterprises Association in Thailand and CEO and Country Head, Bank of China (Thai) Public Company and Asst. Prof. Dr. Duangthida Nunthapirat, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, who together opened the event and exchanged views on promoting collaboration between Thailand and China.
One of the key highlights of the event was the signing ceremony for three Memorandums of Understanding (MoU), aimed at strengthening collaboration between the education sector and industry, and creating learning and development opportunities for students in the future

In addition, students gained insights from the business sector through stories of corporate success and growth, as well as a panel discussion under the theme “Building Careers Across Cultures,” which gave students the opportunity to learn about working within a cross-cultural context inside the event, students can explore internship and career opportunities with the Chinese companies participating in the Career Fair booth area.
