Learning the Real World of Work — ITHM Bangkok University International College x Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit: Elevating Service Skills to the International Stage
Opens space for students to learn from industry experts, apply theory in real situations

The International Tourism and Hospitality Management programme (ITHM), International College, continued its integrated learning partnership with Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit to enrich the learning experience in the course THI102: Service Quality Management. The collaboration connects academic knowledge with a world-class international hotel business, driving a Learning Ecosystem that opens space for students to learn from industry experts, apply theory in real situations, and prepare for careers in a culturally diverse industry.


The activity was honoured by Mr. Krit Tokritna, Guest Experience Manager, who shared professional experience, set learning challenges, and evaluated student work alongside Asst. Prof. Dr. Walaiporn Riwtrakoolpaiboon, the course lecturer — together developing service concepts that respond to the needs of the international tourism and hospitality industry. The winning team was presented with their award by Ms. Dee Sungsawang, Cluster Director of Talent & Culture.
